The Multicut Toolhead

The multicut toolhead is designed specifically for sign and display applications and can deal with the broadest range of materials such as vinyl, carton board, polycarbonates, polypropylenes, aluboards, acrylics, plywood etc.
Together with two standard configurable tool stations that can be set up for cutting and creasing, it features a true 1KW powerful cooled precision router.

The Flexihead

The Flexihead with its collection of tool inserts, provides excellent functionality for finishing a wide variety of materials ranging from paper, pressure sensitive film or vinyl to cartons, corrugated, foam board and more.

The Powerhead

The unique Powerhead with its 150mm crease wheel for heavy duty corrugated materials, can also be equipped with a V-notch tool for exact folding of triple wall corrugated.

The Foamhead

The foamhead handles different kinds of foam materials and honeycomb paperboard up to 86mm in thickness.

All tooling is bar coded for fast automated machine set-up
All standard tooling is interchangeable
The Kongsberg workstation includes a materials set-up file which gives automatic tool recognition for easy storage and recall of cutting, milling and creasing parameters.
